DAMAGED GOODS AND REFUNDS

All products that we sell have been imported directly from the USA. Prior to sending them to you we check that the products have not been damaged or altered in any way. We take great caution in packaging your goods and sending them to you. In case your package has suffered damage during transit, please notify your local post office as soon as possible and let them assess the package for you. American Food Avenue will not be held responsible once your package has left our hands. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of a product, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery.
